Excellent quality Finca in es Capdella

The first entries about this beautifully situated finca can be found in the beginning of the 19th century. It has been fully refurbished in 2002 using only high quality materials in order to provide a modern standard. Additionally the materials which have been used for the exterior of the Finca are exclusively ones adapting to the environment as e.g. rain pipes made of clay or the facade made of natural stone.
In front of the house you can find a round square with a 1000 year old olive tree in its middle. This surface offers space for around 10 cars. The largest part of the 3200 m2 sized plot can be found behind the finca including an idyllic terrace.
The distribution of the rooms is rather classical. The open kitchen, one bathroom, a large open dining room as well as the living room with chimney is on the ground floor.
