It is imperative to us to accompany you to the viewing appointments and we are always available to you for any further questions. Our agents are obviously equipped with an in depth knowledge of the properties
All of our services can be provided in English, German and Spanish language dependent on the clients´ requirements.
On request, we can also recommend and arrange lawyers, architects, banks, accountants and other professionals on the island of who and which we are convinced to be trustworthy based on many years of collaboration and experience.
It is important to us that you experience a smooth and satisfying transaction of the property purchase. Consequently take charge of the preparation documents for the solicitor and support you with advice during the different phases until the contracts are signed.
If you require further guidance at any stage, feel free to make use of our after-sale-service which offers you advice even after the completion of the sale.

We offer a personal visit of the property by one of our agents after which we establish a high quality profile of the property.
In case of any insecurities or doubts regarding the sale or rental pricing, we offer you expert advice.
Any viewing appointments with clients are obviously directly communicated with yourself and are always supervised by one of our agents. We will only show the property to clients whose search criteria matches your property details. We do not support the so called ´Real estate tourism´!
We reassure you to stay by your side until the contract has been signed.
